Dr Janine van Someren is a behaviour change specialist, leadership coach and wellbeing consultant specialising in sustainable high performance. With over 20 years' experience across sport, leadership and corporate environments, Janine combines deep academic expertise, including a PhD in life story research of Wimbledon tennis players and a Master's in Applied Human Science, with practical insights from behavioural science, positive psychology and performance.

Dr Ken van Someren is an internationally recognised expert in human performance, health and resilience. With over 30 years' experience spanning elite sport, scientific research and organisational performance, he has helped shape the way athletes, leaders and organisations understand and optimise sustainable performance.
Following his role leading the scientific support programme for Team GB athletes in the lead up to the London 2012 Olympic Games, Ken established and directed the GlaxoSmithKline Human Performance Lab, translating world-class performance science into consumer health innovation. Today, his work focuses on the relationship between wellbeing, leadership and performance, including research into remote and hybrid working and the factors that influence long-term health and resilience.
As co-founder of The Wellbeing Advantage, Ken brings a unique research-led perspective to our programmes, ensuring every approach is grounded in the latest scientific evidence while remaining practical and relevant for today's workplaces. His expertise helps organisations better understand the science behind performance, creating healthier leaders, stronger teams and more sustainable ways of working.
