Dr Janine van Someren is a transformational coach and wellbeing consultant specialising in sustainable high performance. Dr Ken van Someren is a globally recognised expert in health, performance, and human resilience. With a PhD in Exercise Science, Ken has spent over two decades at the forefront of elite sport, corporate innovation, and wellbeing research. He led the scientific support for Team GB athletes in the lead-up to the London 2012 Olympic Games and went on to establish and direct the GlaxoSmithKline Human Performance Lab, a pioneering initiative translating elite performance insights into consumer health innovation.
Ken is a trusted advisor and keynote speaker on wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable performance. He works with business leaders, national bodies, and global organisations to shape evidence-based strategy and policy.
