A key component of The Wellbeing Advantage is applying solutions from our experiences working and researching high performance sport to the high performing workplace. Within this session participants will gain an understanding of high-performance techniques can be applied to corporate settings for enhanced energy, focus, and productivity.
Explore what it takes to be the best in today’s workplace. This workshop identifies ‘energisers’ that boost wellbeing, connectedness and performance with particular focus on the demands of high performance working. Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their wellbeing and develop strategies to enhance mental energy and performance.
Stress is inevitable but the effects are not. Within this workshop, we will examine organisational stress and how to manage stress perception for enhanced productivity and performance.
Participants will hear up-to-date research, insights from high performance and practical techniques from positive psychology for sustained behaviour change.
